Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. An example is the interactive forms that you may fill out on our websites may be used with different Investors to determine what rates you may qualify for. We are also affiliated with Referral Exchange, which is a Real Estate Referral placement service that allows 2-3 very qualified Realtors in your area of Georgia, (and more importantly the city that you want to live), to be assigned to Buyers if they check the box that indicates they do not have a Realtor. These Realtors are experts in the areas that they are assigned and can help Buyers select homes and give options for many services including mortgage companies, home inspectors, Title companies, Surveyors etc…

You will want to read this notice carefully to understand what we’re allowed to collect and share with other financial companies. The types of personal information we collect and possibly share depend on the products or services you have been interested in working with us. This information can include your social security number and income account balances, payment history, credit history and transaction history. We may need to share this information to determine if you qualify for a mortgage loan or not.

When you’re no longer our customer, we may continue to share your information as described in this Notice. All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information in order to run their everyday business. The following are some of the reasons mortgage companies and realtors choose to share your personal information and whether you as a Consumer can limit this sharing. We need to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), and respond to court orders and even legal investigations when warranted, or report mistakes to credit bureaus, so your credit profile is updated. We may use your personal information for our marketing purposes and for joint marketing with other real estate and financial companies.

We don’t share your personal information with our affiliates for your information regarding your creditworthiness. We also don’t share your personal information to Non-Affiliates so they can market products or services to you.
